Information You Submit
A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form goes to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer your message.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting service records ordinary server-log details, including IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregated data helps us maintain the site and learn which material visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
What We Do With This Data
We use this limited data to run the service, diagnose errors, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Websites
Links lead to Hall County and Georgia government portals, library collections, and outside search providers. Information submitted on a linked service is controlled by that service's privacy policy, not ours. The same rule applies to sponsored results supplied by a third party.
Who Might See Your Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Your place of residence may provide rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. Georgia enacted consumer-privacy legislation as SB 111 in 2025, but its enrolled effective date should be verified before relying on it for a particular request. Because we retain little information, we can generally check our contact mailbox and server logs for data we control. Submit a request through the Contact page. Public records maintained by Hall County, Gainesville, or Georgia agencies remain under the custodian's control. Georgia Open Records Act exemptions in O.C.G.A. ยง 50-18-72 are record-specific and do not create a general deletion right.
Updates to This Policy
Revisions will appear on this page. Using the service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
